B&B La Marmora 39 - Florence

The air conditioning in the room did not operate properly. The decor was basic, with furniture resembling student accommodations and lacking the style shown in promotional photos. The room had visible stains on the walls, reducing the overall appeal.

Perfect hotel with quiet atmosphere, it has amazing location easy to walk to major attractions. The staff are really helpful and top-class and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Navigating the entrance felt tedious with confusing door mechanics!!! Clearly labeling doors would prevent guests from accidentally intruding. The outdoor gate was a hassle to open, frustrating during arrivals and departures!!! More straightforward instructions would be appreciated.

Absoluteley mediocre experience. The bed was creaky and the breakfast I pre-ordered didn't arrive, just unthinkable! Not to mention the unbelievable noise from the street at night. I woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary upgrade, considering such inconveniences, but alas, no special treatment here. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

I stayed in a Superior King Room for 1 night. The room was spacious, a nice surprise! The bathroom was also roomy, and the breakfast options were pretty good. One cool thing was the location, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Dome. It was a bit odd using an app to order breakfast, and I had to juggle codes and keys to enter the B&B.

Just a strong match for a cursory stop in Florence with fantastic value for money. I loved the breakfast account but couldn't spend it all. Watch out for slippery bathroom floors.
